This prototype is made from some scrap PVC laminated fabric glued to part of a fruit juice jug.
Simple handle is screwed through a fold in the top part of the fabric. A larger size jug could be used to increase the capacity. The glue was "Shoe Goo", but Marine Goop or similar would work well also.
Can be stored under the seat for emergencies.
